Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Thank you for shopping with SCENT JOURNER. Below are our shipping rates and estimated delivery times.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is separate from and in addition to the shipping transit time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not support P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipment confirmation will be sent immediately once we have confirmed and process the order, the order tracking will be available once the order have been picked up by our courier service provider.
For order tracking you may refer to the email we have sent for tracking status, or you may track the order details at our website here.
Customs, duties, and taxes
SCENT JOURNER PTE. LTD. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please note that all of our product have been packed carefully and accordance to fragile goods practice, we are sorry if you have received broken or damaged goods.
