Wax Tablet Workshop Terms & Condition

Terms and Conditions for Workshop:

  1. Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Scent Journer Pte Ltd and its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way related to any injury, illness, or other harm suffered by the customer during or as a result of participating in the workshop. The customer assumes all risks associated with participating in the workshop and acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in the workshop with knowledge of the risks.

  2. Safety: Scent Journer Pte Ltd will provide a safety briefing before the workshop starts. The customer is required to exercise caution and take care of their own safety during the workshop. The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Scent Journer Pte Ltd and its representatives. If the customer has any concerns about their safety during the workshop, they should raise these concerns with the workshop facilitator immediately.

  3. Refunds and Rescheduling: Once a workshop booking is confirmed, there will be no refund provided. The customer will be able to reschedule their workshop on the availability date provided by Scent Journer Pte Ltd. Any rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled workshop time. Scent Journer Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date.

  4. Intellectual Property: The customer acknowledges that any materials, including but not limited to written content, photographs, videos, and audio recordings, provided by Scent Journer Pte Ltd during the workshop are the intellectual property of Scent Journer Pte Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. The customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any such materials without the prior written consent of Scent Journer Pte Ltd.

  5. Confidentiality: The customer agrees to keep confidential any information disclosed by Scent Journer Pte Ltd during the workshop, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and other confidential information. The customer agrees not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Scent Journer Pte Ltd.

  6. Promotional Materials: The customer agrees that Scent Journer Pte Ltd may take photos and videos during the workshop for use as promotional materials, including but not limited to workshop promotional videos and class materials, in future use. The customer grants Scent Journer Pte Ltd the right to use such materials for promotional purposes without any obligation to compensate the customer.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

By booking a workshop with Scent Journer Pte Ltd, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
